HCRS offers a continuum of outpatient mental health and substance abuse services to members of our communities:

Community Rehabilitation and Treatment (CRT) provides comprehensive services to adults with severe psychiatric diagnoses that have interfered with their lives. The program offers a wide variety of options to help clients remain integrated in their local community. A multi-disciplinary team assists clients in learning principles of recovery and self-help tools to live more independent and satisfying lives

The Adult Outpatient Program provides a variety services that help individuals take charge of their lives and increase their ability to be self sufficient.

The Windham/Windsor Recovery Assistance Program (WRAP) is a comprehensive drug and alcohol treatment system for the clinical treatment of addictive disorders and offers education, assessment, outpatient and intensive outpatient treatment for adults, youth, and families.

Our Crisis Service is a 24-hour emergency hotline offering support, consultation, brief problem-solving counseling, information, advice about resources, and referral to appropriate mental health providers or agencies.
