HCRS seeks a dynamic, experienced leader to assume the role of Assistant Director to support Adult Mental Health and Substance Use services.

Required Skills The Assistant Director will lead a team who provide integrated co-occurring services for clients, in Windsor and Windham counties; provide supervision for this team and consultation for other teams at HCRS; represent HCRS on a variety of community committees; and ensure compliance with government regulations and agency policy and procedure. Demonstrated leadership skills required. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of related experience, five of which will have been in a managerial position demonstrating strong leadership and staff development skills.
Education Relevant master’s degree is required, license preferred.
