Both the individual therapy and the women's group have been VERY helpful and yield lots of suggestions as well as food for thought. The women's group has been especially beneficial in that I've learned I am not the only one with problems and it has shown camaraderie, understanding, and friendship.

Full time 37.50hr/wk position in the Brattleboro area is available.

Required Skills This position requires skill and experience working with young children in a school environment who have mental health challenges. The BI works 1:1 with the identified student and provides behavioral monitoring and supports to reduce/remove the students’ barriers to success in the school setting. Key skills include the ability to establish and maintain a supportive relationship with the student and apply behavioral interventions in a consistent and targeted manner. Successful candidates will be able to collect data and keep progress records, to use data to build and modify behavioral interventions, and to work collaboratively with school personnel and HCRS staff.
Education Bachelor’s degree in a related field is generally preferred. An Associate’s degree plus one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
