Full-time(37.50 hours/week) position is currently available in the Dover School District.   This position requires skill and experience working with young children in a school environment who have mental health challenges. The BI works 1:1 with the identified student and provides behavioral monitoring and supports to reduce/remove the students’ barriers to success in the school setting. Key skills include the ability to establish and maintain a supportive relationship with the student and apply behavioral interventions in a consistent and targeted manner.

Required Skills Successful candidates will be able to collect data and keep progress records, to use data to build and modify behavioral interventions, and to work collaboratively with school personnel and HCRS staff.
Education Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field, or commensurate experience strongly preferred.
