Full time 37.50hour/week salaried position is available with Developmental Services serving Windsor and Windham counties. 

Required Skills This is a hands-on position for a dynamic professional looking to make a positive difference in the lives of adults and children living in the community. In this role, you will work as part of an expanding team devoted to providing person centered supports and intensive behavioral services to clients with Intellectual Disabilities or Autism Spectrum disorders. A willingness to learn and develop skills in Applied Behavior Analysis as it pertains to person-centered delivery of service is essential. Supervision in maintaining RBT/BCaBA credential is available, as well as supervision to those who are currently pursuing RBT/BCaBA and BCBA credentials. This position may include supervisory and training responsibilities.
Education Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, and at least 3 years of experience working with individuals with a Developmental Disability, and developing and implementing behavior support plans.
