Both the individual therapy and the women's group have been VERY helpful and yield lots of suggestions as well as food for thought. The women's group has been especially beneficial in that I've learned I am not the only one with problems and it has shown camaraderie, understanding, and friendship.

Full time 40.00hour/week position is currently available with coverage in Windham County.

Required Skills This candidate would appreciate a non-traditional schedule, be on-call from home and from the Brattleboro office, see individuals in Emergency Department and other community settings, and answer the HCRS crisis line. Must have good clinical assessment skills and the ability to complete a mental health risk assessment to make appropriate referrals for inpatient and outpatient services and engage in safety planning. Must be able to work independently as well as with a diverse group of people and community providers.
Education Relevant bachelor’s degree is required, master’s degree preferred. Experience working with people of all ages in the context of mental health and/or substance use is required. QMHP and crisis experience is a plus. Must obtain QMHP certification within one year of hire.
