Full time 37.50hrs/wk position is available as part of our Information Technology department in Springfield

Required Skills HCRS is hiring an IT Support Specialist who will offer on-site and remote assistance to our 500+ employees. This highly organized individual should be driven to provide outstanding support, education, and training to end-users for general computer use, printers, phone/pagers/cellular devices, and the electronic medical record used by the clinical staff. Responsibilities include: • Answer, triage, and escalate (if needed) IT Help Desk calls and walk-ins • User account set up and file permissions management • Inventory management • Videoconference set up and troubleshooting • Update and install software and hardware Knowledge & Skills: • Ability to provide empathic and respectful support to users who may be calling in distress • Proficiency with Windows 10, Microsoft Office products, and iOS • Ideally familiar with Active Directory and VMware Horizon • Ability to troubleshoot general hardware and software issues • Understands the importance of maintaining confidentiality when working with Protected Health Information
Education • Associate’s degree in Information Technology or related field preferred • Minimum 1-2 years of experience providing IT-related support or customer service required
