Hospital Diversion Program of HCRS and NFI VT Located in Brattleboro, Vermont, is looking for a full-time mental health professional to join our clinical team working with adolescents and families experiencing a psychiatric crisis.

Required Skills The program coordinator is a multifaceted position to include: clinical case management, supervision of residential counselors, coordination of referrals, administrative responsibilities and program building management. In addition, a candidate will be able to work well in crisis, be flexible and collaborative, function in a fast-paced environment, have the ability to navigate the system of care, and multi-task effectively.
Education The ideal candidate will possess a master's degree in counseling, social work or a related field and have significant experience working with adolescents who have mental health and/or behavioral challenges.
