You can use your own life skills and experiences to support an individual in your own home. HCRS is seeking individuals, couples and families willing to open their homes and lives to an adult with Developmental Disabilities. We are currently looking for friendly, outgoing, motivated individuals to provide a supportive environment for the people we serve. Providers are responsible for presenting a safe, nurturing home and role modeling positive behaviors. The ideal provider is patient, caring, dedicated and a thoughtful listener. A valid driver’s license and insurance is required. You will receive training and case management support. A generous tax-free stipend is also provided.
