Both the individual therapy and the women's group have been VERY helpful and yield lots of suggestions as well as food for thought. The women's group has been especially beneficial in that I've learned I am not the only one with problems and it has shown camaraderie, understanding, and friendship.

Experienced, trauma-informed Shared Living Provider sought in the Springfield area for a gentleman experiencing life as an individual who has an Intellectual Disability.  This gentleman enjoys fishing, and visiting with friends.  He would do best in a home with only one other person, as he requires a high-level of behavioral support and attention.  The right candidate is team-minded, communicates very effectively, is patient, empathic, and able to manage redirection of physical aggression.  A very generous tax-free stipend, and respite budget will be afforded to the successful candidate.
