Wanted: HCRS is seeking a Support Person/Landlord in Southern Vermont with a low-cost apartment, or in-law apartment for a young adult with a dual diagnosis. Depending on the skills of the Support Person/Landlord, they may provide some direct supervision to the client; or the client will receive supervision and supports from HCRS. Please note that supervision of the client is not required, the provision of the apartment is primary need. A landlord, who would provide supervision, should have a background with trauma informed practices, and/or experience with complex behaviors. If providing supervision, then a valid driver’s license and insurance is required. You will also receive training and case management support. A generous contract salary is provided for the supervision role. This salary is in addition to rent the client pays.
