HCRS recently appointed Bill Metcalfe as the new Director of Developmental Services. He has been with the Agency for 11 years and has served as Assistant Director of Developmental Services since July of 2012. Prior to that, Metcalfe held positions as the Developmental Services Children’s Coordinator and Intake Coordinator.
Metcalfe brings significant experience to this position with a BS in Elementary and Special Education as well as a Master’s Degree in Social Work. He notes, “I am extremely excited about this new position and am confident I can make an even greater impact on the lives of individuals with Developmental Disabilities.”
Metcalfe also serves on the Board of Directors for the Rockingham School Board and the Windham Northeast Supervisory Union. He and his wife, Michelle, live in the Bellows Falls area, with their three boys, and have a daughter who lives in the area as well.
