HCRS Hosting Screening of “Suicide: The Ripple Effect” on 9/25

We will be hosting a showing of the new film by Kevin Hines, called “Suicide: The Ripple Effect,” at the Hooker-Dunham Theater in Brattleboro on Wednesday, September 25, at 4:00 pm. The event is free and open to the public.

The film chronicles the story of Kevin Hines [shown in attached photo], who at age 19 attempted to take his life by jumping from the Golden Gate Bridge. Since then, Kevin has been on a mission to use his story to help others stay alive and find recovery.

Following the presentation, a Q&A discussion will take place regarding the film and suicide prevention. This event is being hosted in honor of Suicide Prevention Awareness Month.

For more information about the screening, contact Alice at (802) 886-4567 ext. 2191. We hope to see you there!
