HCRS Recognized with House of Representatives Resolution

On May 3, the Vermont House of Representatives unanimously approved a resolution brought forward by Representative Valerie Stuart, congratulating HCRS on our 50th anniversary. Our CEO, George Karabakakis, Ph.D., attended the ceremony on behalf of the agency.
