Regular Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm

Evening Hours: Tuesdays until 7:00 pm (in-person at our regional offices in Brattleboro, Springfield, and Hartford, or online)

Weekend Hours: Saturdays, 9:00–11:00 am (online only)

Evening and weekend hours are currently offered as part of our intake and initial service connection process.
