Crisis Care Center

HCRS operates a Crisis Care Center in Springfield. The Crisis Care Center is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 am – 4:00 pm. Members of the Crisis Team meet people to provide crisis stabilization support in a safe and supportive environment. People seen in the Crisis Care Center have a much shorter wait time than in a hospital emergency room. Individuals who would like to be seen in the Crisis Care Center should call 1-800-622-4235 to arrange a meeting. People experiencing a medical emergency should proceed to the nearest hospital emergency room or call 911 to receive medical assistance and crisis support services.
